Create a keyboard shortcut for a Word macro in easy steps.

- Select Customize Ribbon then click Keyboard Shortcuts: Customize (at the bottom of the dialogue)
- Choose Macros from the list of Categories (near the bottom of the list)
- Select the required macro (eg PPOL_TOC or Pound2Euro) from the list of macros
- Click in the Press new shortcut key box
- Press the desired shortcut key combination (eg Alt+Ctrl+Shift+C)
- (Any shortcut already assigned to that combination is displayed below the Current keys box)
- Click Assign then Close to complete
