Help! I have a client in my library twice!

If you have a client duplicated in the client library (perhaps with slightly different forms of name - say Mr J Smith & John Smith) follow these steps to correct the situation:

  • In My Clients decide which client is the correct one
  • Click on Reports for the incorrect duplicate client
  • Click on Assign for each of the reports and select the correct client from the list
  • Once all reports have been re-assigned go back to My Clients and use Delete to remove the duplicate client
